These provisions shall constitute a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “customer”, “users”) and Clear Guild, LLC. ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”). Clear Guild preserves the right to amend or update these provisions at any time without notification, and such revised provisions have the same binding force.

We reserve the right to cancel any subscriptions for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:

• Incorrect pricing - In case of price change due to reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to remove any services from any subscriptions and provide a refund to you for that subscription.
• Non-Payment of subscriptions - If payment is not received at the time of subscriptions been placed, we may cancel any subscriptions without notice.
• Wrong/Fraud subscriptions - Once we receive any subscription, we will check the subscriptions before offering the premium services. If the check fails, we may cancel your subscriptions.
• subscriptions Serviceability - If the subscriptions cannot be fulfilled due to non- availability of the services.
• Once the subscription is placed it cannot be canceled unless terminated in accordance with our terms and conditions.

MONEY REFUND POLICY

Clear Guild offers Money Refund to the user subject to the following:

• Double payment - if a user has paid twice for one/same transaction, the second transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 working days to the user.
• Excess Payment - Any excess amount paid by the user will be refunded via same source within 15 working days to the user.

The users agree to use the services provided by Clear Guild, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only. Clear Guild may, at its sole discretion, assign any or all of its rights under these terms to its affiliates without any intimation or consent of the user.
